For example, the U.S. government has allowed China inside our borders. Currently, China owns land near 19 U.S. military bases. Most importantly, according to the New York Post, they occupy lands near strategic bases such as Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg) in Fayetteville, North Carolina; Fort Cavazos (formerly Fort Hood) in Killeen, Texas; Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California, and MacDill air force base in Tampa, Florida. However, sources say that Florida has recently banned China from occupying property within the state.
In 2023, Governor Ron DeSantis signed the following legislation Florida Senate Bill 264 to kick China out of owning lands in Florida. And other states should follow suit. DeSantis and others recognize that letting China inside our borders poses a threat to national security- that is letting China have the advantage of spying on us.
According to the U.S. Senator Tom Cotton's website, the act would prohibit citizens of the People’s Republic of China, members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) or any individual or entity acting on their behalf from purchasing any real estate in the United States. It also would require the sale of any property owned or influenced by the CCP that the President determines to be a national security risk.
Set a minimum penalty for foreign investors who fail to comply with USDA reporting requirements. The Not One More Inch or Acre Act presents a common sense approach in stopping China from invading our lands and threatening our national security. Letting the Enemy within Our Borders does nothing for us but will cause our ultimate demise. It is time to support the passage of the Not One More Inch or Acre Act and other measures that secures our borders and protects the livelihood of what we know to be America.
